Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
These days, hiring a full-time senior designer/videographer can cost over $150,000 a year—plus benefits! And they are only affiliate to one purpose (to design OR to do videography), so you will have to hire two persons at the same time. It's a double cost for you!
With us, you only have one interlocutor. It's a gain of time, no additional surprising fees and significant money saving! More over, you can cancel your membership, whenever you want (and it's free to cancel!).
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
`In general, most requests are completed in 7 days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
How fast will I receive my request result?
Once you’re signed up, you can add as many requests to your queue as you’d like, and we’ll work through them one by one for you!
Who are the designers/videographers?
It might surprise you, but Bekoms Entertainment is actually a one-person agency! That means you’ll work directly with me, the founder. For special requests like animations or custom illustrations, I also collaborate with trusted partner designers to bring in that extra magic!
What if I don't like the my request result?
It's okay—we’ll keep working on the request until you’re completely thrilled with it!
How do I send my requests?
Bekoms Entertainment gives you lots of flexibility in how you request designs through Trello. Many clients add their requests directly in Trello, while others share Google Docs, wireframes, or even record a quick Loom video if they’d rather not type out their brief. As long as it can be linked or shared in Trello, it works for us!
Is there any request work you don't cover?
Yes! Bekoms Entertainment does not cover the following design work: too complex 3D modeling (picture and video), too complex video animation, document design (medical forms, etc.), website design, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
What if I only have a single request?
No worries, even if it's more interesting to get access to our skills by a membership, you can also book it only for a one shot work!
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued!
